AI & maritime disclaimer
1. Demonstration, not a live maritime system
This website explains potential applications of data, automation and AI to maritime business workflows. The public demonstration uses illustrative material. It is not connected to a vessel, fleet, port, bank account, enterprise application or live AI decision engine unless a specific feature expressly says otherwise and provides its own terms.
Selecting a review, approval or draft action in the current demo does not approve a real transaction, send an email, modify an operational record or instruct equipment. Do not act on the demo as though it has processed your company's actual documents.
2. Cinematic and AI-generated material
The film, vessel unfolding, machinery interiors, fleet scenes, networks and interface concepts may be generated, composited, simulated, edited or artistically simplified. They are creative explanations, not verified engineering drawings, an exact digital twin, navigation imagery, customer installations or proof of a deployed capability.
Depicted vessels, ports, equipment, crew or organisations do not imply ownership, endorsement, a customer relationship or affiliation. Vessel types and environments may change between scenes. Do not infer technical dimensions, equipment compatibility, approval status or engineering accuracy from an illustration.
3. AI limitations
AI systems can produce plausible but incorrect statements, calculations, citations, classifications or recommendations. Their performance depends on the system configuration, source quality, context, data rights, model limitations and human review. A confidence score, a cited source or a visually polished output is not a guarantee of correctness.
A person with appropriate competence and authority must verify material facts, source records, assumptions and consequences before using an AI-assisted output in a real workflow. Review must be meaningful, not simply clicking an approval button. Uncertainty, conflicting records or missing evidence require escalation rather than fabricated completion.
The current website is not providing autonomous professional advice or making consequential decisions about people.
4. Safety-critical and regulated uses are excluded
Do not use this website, film, diagram, calculation or demonstration for navigation, collision avoidance, vessel manoeuvring, machinery control, emergency response, cargo stability, dangerous-goods handling, structural design, seaworthiness assessment or safety certification.
Do not use it as a substitute for authoritative maritime information, approved safety-management procedures, flag-state or port requirements, classification rules, or a competent professional's judgement. Relevant operational personnel retain their own responsibilities; this notice does not remove any duty or liability that applicable law places on us or another provider.
Regulatory summaries are not legal advice or an official interpretation. Always check the current source, jurisdiction, vessel applicability and effective date with the relevant authority or adviser before submitting records or taking action.
5. No guaranteed outcomes
Any savings, costs, timings, recovery rates, emissions figures, risk indicators or return-on-investment examples are illustrative unless expressly linked to a verified case with a stated method, period and limitations. They are not promises of your results. Outputs can change with assumptions and may exclude implementation, integration, review, training, financing, tax or other costs.
An emissions illustration is not an independently verified emissions claim or a regulatory submission. A compliance checklist is not a certificate, a legal opinion or assurance that an organisation or vessel complies with all requirements.
6. Capabilities, integrations and recognition
References to APIs, data sources, vendors, regulators, class societies or standards identify context or potential compatibility. They do not establish access rights, a completed integration, certification, accreditation or official endorsement. Confirm each claim against its specific published evidence or a written proposal.
Future capabilities are subject to feasibility, lawful access to data, agreed safeguards and a separate written scope. A roadmap is not a purchase commitment.
7. Data and confidentiality
Do not upload customer, crew, financial, personal, privileged or operationally sensitive records to a public demonstration. A confidential evaluation requires an approved secure environment, agreed instructions and, where relevant, a data-processing agreement.
No implied permission to use your information for model training arises from reading this website. Actual AI processing must be disclosed and agreed for the relevant service.
8. Your legal rights
This disclaimer must be read with the Website Terms and Privacy Notice. It does not exclude fraud, liability that cannot lawfully be limited, statutory personal-data rights or any other mandatory protection. A legal contact address is not yet published.
